The features include ultra-padded seat, rear disc braking system, adjustable handlebar rake and seat, a kickstand, bamboo deck, and standard bicycle size 16” pneumatic tube tires on spoke wheels. EcoSmart Metro comes with the very useful rear cargo rack and a basket included. So if you go grocery shopping on this scooter, you wouldn’t have to worry about where to put all those bags.
The seat is heavily padded and contains 2 shock absorbing springs, making it a comfortable ride even during long distances. The seat and handlebar are also adjustable, allowing both short and tall people to ride comfortably.
The huge flaw on EcoSmart Metro is that it doesn’t have an ignition key, it turns on by pressing the ON/OFF button that is located on the battery case. This means that you will need to secure it in public, because anyone could just turn it on and go. Also there is no LCD display or an indicator that would tell you how fast you are going, or battery level, other than a low charge indicator that does not work very well.
